Collection not loading; Errors when logging in/installing games [March 16, 2023]

    Hi everyone, 

    It looks like the issues with the Collection not loading as well as the login errors should now be resolved. If you're still seeing an error when you're trying to install a game in the app, please try logging out and logging back in to see if that helps.

Same here. The EA App had an update & after that my entire library was wiped. I looked up another thread which was closed Friday because ''the problem would've been fixed''. The thread suggested to clear cache, which I then did. Now I cannot login to my account anymore.

    @randomheadd Same problem here, the EA App is running but don't show anything
    Sounds like they just bring an app without solving its bugs :/
