    Hi everyone, 

    It looks like the issues with the Collection not loading as well as the login errors should now be resolved. If you're still seeing an error when you're trying to install a game in the app, please try logging out and logging back in to see if that helps.

Hi there, 

We're aware of the current issues that may be preventing games from loading in the Collection. We've also seen some reports of errors when trying to download games or log into the EA app. 


We are working to get this fixed ASAP. Thanks for bearing with us!

So PLEASE explain to me when I had issues before with the EA App I was told it couldn't possibly be the EA App and must be a number of other factors? It was described to me by an EA Customer Services Rep as if it was some sort of perfect bit of software that is without fault.
