    Hi everyone, 

    It looks like the issues with the Collection not loading as well as the login errors should now be resolved. If you're still seeing an error when you're trying to install a game in the app, please try logging out and logging back in to see if that helps.

Having the same issue rn. Can't download latest EP for Sims 4. What a mess.

Update - Decided to start up Sims 4 and the pack decided to download in the background while my game was running. For some reason it seemed to kick-start the EA app into actually initiating the download. Restarted the game and the Growing Together pack is now activated and working for me. Might be worth a shot for anyone having the same issue.

    @xM00NHEADx Thank you. I just tried your approach, and the pack is now downloading. I had tried that before, but now it worked. Perhaps they are beginning to manage to fix it?

      Hopefully, I took the day off today to play and i'm still unable to download it...keeps preparing.

        @Stavrikat Yeah, they keep lumping us in with other problems yet no one has been addressing this issue.
