Collection not loading; Errors when logging in/installing games [March 16, 2023]

    Hi everyone, 

    It looks like the issues with the Collection not loading as well as the login errors should now be resolved. If you're still seeing an error when you're trying to install a game in the app, please try logging out and logging back in to see if that helps.

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 16.03.2023
Summarize your bug Game download is stuck in "preparing", won't do anything else.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You'd have to try to download the new Sims 4 EP I guess.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can see my game and collection. It says that I have Growing Together to download. I select to download and accept. It then puts it in my active downloads and is stuck on "Preparing". It won't do anything else. There is no download rate or anything.
What do you expect to see? I'd like to be able to download and install the new pack.

Not sure what exactly is going on. I've tried the app recovery and restarting the app. I've cleared the cache multiple times. I've gone offline and back online. I've logged out and logged back in. It's just perpetually "preparing".

I'm having this same issue. I've restarted the ea app, my computer multiple times, and tried emptying my cache. I really hope this either gets fixed or a solution is shared because I want to play the growing together expansion.

    Me too!! I was so excited that I wasn't having any of the other issues only for this issue to pop up.

        What about the hundreds of people who pre-ordered who are currently stuck on 'Preparing' download?
