I'm having this same issue. I've restarted the ea app, my computer multiple times, and tried emptying my cache. I really hope this either gets fixed or a solution is shared because I want to play the growing together expansion.
Me too!! I was so excited that I wasn't having any of the other issues only for this issue to pop up.

Hi everyone,
It looks like the issues with the Collection not loading as well as the login errors should now be resolved. If you're still seeing an error when you're trying to install a game in the app, please try logging out and logging back in to see if that helps.Thanks for being patient with us while we've been working to get this fixed!

What about the hundreds of people who pre-ordered who are currently stuck on 'Preparing' download?

I'd really like to know what's being done to correct the "preparing" issue. It's been two hours since I've started this process and nothing is fixing it. I've restarted my app, I've restarted my computer, I've logged out and back in, I've done the restart app and app recovery options. The pack released at 1pm... it's now almost 5pm. This isn't okay.

Can you please address the "preparing" issue? I've seen it mentioned in multiple threads and it keeps getting grouped in with issues it's not related to. This is it's own seperate problem that I hope gets fixed.
