    Hi everyone, 

    It looks like the issues with the Collection not loading as well as the login errors should now be resolved. If you're still seeing an error when you're trying to install a game in the app, please try logging out and logging back in to see if that helps.

@epatel99 This just happened to me! I am supposed to be able to download growing together today at 1 pm, so I go on to download and what do you know, EA shattered my whole freakin day!.. My library with all the Sims 4 packs is gone. I don't know if I want to cry or eat my way to shame. I am planning on posting a Youtube video, so I really hope EA returns all of my content today.

I did not lose anything but when I downloaded the new game it is missing a lot of stuff.  I don't know how they intend to fix this but I am lucky I can still play the game.  I will download my X-Box game tonight I hope no problems with that.  They also had problems a few days ago before I let the update come on.  I missed a whole day of playing because of that.
