Connection Failed. Cannot link to my friends.

Today when I attempted to launch my EA app and played games I found that my friend's list couldn't load and show "connection failed", I cannot link to my friends up till now...

Actually this issue has kept me in company for 2 months, just can't fix it.

Help me plz.
