Connection Problem (GAME PASS)

I am an ea play with game pass subscriber. I cannot download any games from your desktop application, my library does not appear and the SIMS4, for which I have purchased many add-ons, does not open, please help. When I click to purchase the game, the blank screen shown in the attached image appears. What can I do?

  • Hey @vkantar Can we try to clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) and check if the client is able to fully load after?

  • This was only way to fix missing EA play membership from games pass.

    It really is a terrible application and system (EA play). It took ages for a new account to be verified also and any attempt to get help via a 'case' is useless (nothing emailed in 2 weeks)
