Corrupt Cloud data

My account has encountered an EC:10607 error, with the system indicating that the cloud data is damaged. I suspect that multiple device logins have caused an archive conflict. I have independently completed various actions, such as repairing game files, cleaning up EA’s cache, disabling OneDrive cloud syncing, and modifying the permissions of the archive folder. However, the issue remains unresolved. I request that staff manually clean up the damaged cloud archive for this game, with the hope that this will reset the cloud archive service.

Edit: updated title for clarity

    Thanks for the clarification.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to manually remove or reset damaged cloud data manually. Before trying anything else, please make a backup of your Battlefield V folder in Documents so that no existing local files are lost.

If you still have access to the device where the game last worked correctly, please try launching Battlefield V from that device first and allow the EA app to sync.

It would also be worth checking Windows Security > Ransomware protection > Controlled folder access. Make sure both Battlefield V and the EA app are allowed through, as Windows can sometimes block the game from creating or updating save files even when the folder permissions appear correct.

Let us know how that goes.

Hi there, I'm really sorry to hear about that. Could you please confirm which game you're referring to?
