Can you also create a new Windows admin account and then install the EA app on that new account?
I didn't list it but I tried that too. No dice.
EDIT: I know it isn't a login issue because it's clearly able to tell when a log in is correct or not.

I have also tried all of those things and still nothing.
also when I tried to link some EA games I got from steam, I get a message telling me I cant link them because I have an old account that I can not access anymore.
WTF EA???
