[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 DLC owned in Steam/Epic/XBox Pass missing in EA App
Sims 4 Packs missing.
I played the game yesterday all my packs were there. Logged on today and I can't save my save because the luxury stuff pack is missing and so is Jungle Adventure. I went through the manage add-on, but they're also not there. I checked my payment history. Also not there.
What has happened? What do I do to get them back, because I was in the middle of a legacy challenge? ☹️
Please save me.

Hey all,
The underlying issue that was causing this was resolved at around 0600 PT. If you're still running into this issue now, please clear your EA app Cache and restart your computer, then try again.
If that doesn't resolve the issue please run an EA Error Report and post the string in this thread along with your operating system so we can take a look.
