Dear EA SUPPORT

Can you please look into the issue with your systems creating problems with me and a lot of other players payment processing issues. A lot of us have bought games and games were removed and said payment failed. We go to check our bank accounts and our payments to you have been processed and cleared. Please fix this issue. I have reached out to EA support numerous times. It is terrible support. It is hard to get a hold of anyone with a six hour wait whole time is insane.

    The money was taken out. And then when I requested a refund, I end up getting a message saying that refund failed and they couldn’t process it. I ended up speaking with an advisor and they just told me I had to wait 30 days to see what happens.. and I even showed them the proof that it said that it failed with the refund and even showed them my bank statement showing that the money was taken out. At this point, I’ve just cut my losses and I’m assuming I’m never getting my games or my money back.

    You will need to speak with our support about this x52bgq0t9f3x​.

    If money was taken then you will receive your purchase and if there is an issue with it then you would need to speak with the support team as we cannot help here with account issues.

    I'm assuming you made the purchase in the EA app.
