did not get my player

hello I am reporting a glitch that has happened to me in your game Please fix it as soon as possible I packed a good player on FC26 on my second account called  2AM _Yousif that player is Graham Hansen after I opened the pack I pressed on keep items and then I went to my team to equip the player but I did not get the player in my club or team so please give me my player as soon as possible. if you need proof I give you it anytime you need Please email me the you give my card or if you changed anything to my account.
