Summarize your bug Whenever I try to download a game, it gets to the finalizing stages then gives me the error message "DirectX Setup Error: An internal error occurred."
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Open EA Play 2. Attempt to download game 3. Get error message
What happens when the bug occurs? I get the error message a few times (usually three, sometimes two if I haven't just miscounted), and then the install just fails.
What do you expect to see? A downloaded game in my library
I've seen several other threads that mention the same issue but none of the solutions I've seen have worked for me.
