Disappearing Game Packs

Question

So a little over a week ago, I noticed that none of my game, expansion or stuff packs were loading onto my games. I though "that's weird" so I went to go see which packs it said I had it, and it said that every single one of my packs that a bought, I didn't own anymore. I've tried everything but it doesn't seem to work, and I've even emailed the EA people but they didn't respond. So with all of that, I'm coming here to see if anyone knows how I can get my packs back. Do not hesitate to ask me any questions and thank you so much.

I am having the same issue. I just reinstalled the EA app, and the only thing I have available to install is Sims 4 base game.&nbsp; I own all but one expansion pack, and so many of the other packs, kits, etc.&nbsp; Nothing is showing up except base game and the Crystal Creations stuff pack. Everything else is gone.&nbsp;

Are the packs you've purchased in the past appearing in your Order History page? If not, then you've likely signed in to the wrong EA account. You'll need to be logged in to the EA account that purchased the packs to have access to them.&nbsp;
It might be worth clearing the EA app's cache first, before checking.&nbsp;
