While playing Battlefield 6 ea app completely shot itself

I don't what is happening but today , after the new patch of the ea app downloaded whenever I played battle field I found myself on desktop and both battlefield 6 and ea completely shotdown in that progress 

I demand an immidieat solution for this issue I can not play the game

This is happening to me as well. Not sure what is going on. Right after the EA App updated today, it and any related programs crash after 2-5 minutes after being open. Importantly, this may not be a BF6 issue as the EA App will crash even when no game is running. I have cleared the EA App cache, repaired my game files, and ensured no overlay is active.

EA, please fix this issue ASAP. I am unable to make use of any of my purchases as a result of this problem.

Problem is going on after today's patch too , if you can't manage the fix the issue give me back my money

I have the same problem, but not only with Battlefield 6. Every game I try with EA app crash after 2 or 3 minutes.

If that does not help, please check whether there are any related error logs in Event Viewer and let me know what you find.

and your troubleshooting guide gives no information about the topic , fix the issue

I just tried to repair the game like your useless guide suggested to which is not related the issue but I tried it anyway and while trying to repair the game app shot itself again , before you ask , I tell you , yes firewall is not blocking the app or the game , I have a good pc.
