Epic Games Sims 4 Packs marked as "Unplayable" on Mac

Hi! I am having an issue with my EA Account entitlements. I claimed three free Sims 4 packs on Epic Games Store (Jungle Adventure, Luxury Party Stuff, and Fashion Street Kit) and verified that they work correctly on a Windows PC. However, when I switch to my Mac, the EA App lists them as unplayable/unavailable because they were obtained via Epic.I already contacted EA Live Support, but the advisor was unable to escalate the case due to internal system limitations regarding Epic-linked Sims 4 cases. As far as I know from this forum, this is a known database synchronization glitch on the EA App for Mac side, and community managers can help refresh or grant the Mac universal version of these entitlements.Could a moderator please look into my account backend and help me resolve this entitlement mismatch?
