Discord mic not working when I open games on ea app

Normally my discord is working with no problems but when I open games on ea app my mic stops working in discord. I'm hearing everybody but nobody van hears me. It's only happening when I open games on ea. I tried everything but nothing happened, it still same. Can somebody help me about that please because I'm sick of that?!
