Discounted bundle price showing full price

I want to buy a bundle of 3 customize packs. It's supposed to be 28% discount but during check out it's showing the full price, any ideas how can I get discounted bundle?

@EA_Solaire Hi, I am also having this issue I have tried to clear the catch many times and logged out, I thought it could be currency exchange but the difference is not correct for that either
