Try clearing the cache for the EA app with the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
Can you also let me know where you purchased your bundle from?
i have uninstalled and reinstalled the ea app AND the sims 4 multiple times the dlc just isnt showing up at all in my game with or without my dlcs downloaded
