DLC will not show up in game

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.112.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? None of them are showing up
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log in and try to launch the game. From the home screen when you click on the different tabs of dlc it shows I own none of them.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game asks to launch without the missing content
What do you expect to see? You will see that none of dlc is available and that it asks me to purchase the items
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. The patch for the newest version of the game and the transition to the EA app.
This happened after I downloaded the EA app that Origin made me get in order to play the game. I downloaded it and then went to plahy the game and my sim was bald and all of the packs and kit on the site showed that I didn't own any of them.
