Do EA app issues ever get resolved?

I have to admit I've been using the EA app for less than a year. I posted about the EA app internet connection and download issue nearly 3 weeks ago and haven't heard back. I just see more and more people raising the same issue, and also receiving no help. 

Is this normal?
