Does Anyone have an Issue with the Packs In-Game?

I am unsure how to state my issue eloquently, but I will try my best. Does anyone have an issue with the packs in the game? I just opened the Sims 4 in hopes of completing the first week of challenges for the in-game event, when I noticed that all of my packs were disabled. I went to Settings to make sure that I did not deselect all of my packs by accident, but apparently, I did not own any packs whatsoever. Thinking that I may have forgotten to download all of my purchased packs, I went into the EA App to see if I had indeed downloaded everything. Apparently, I had downloaded everything, and all the packs that I purchased have the little "in library" message at the bottom of each pack icon. I did not use any sort of pirating technique to download all the packs for free to warrant this, so I have no idea what I am supposed to do. Can someone please help me?
