DOUBLE CHARGE FOR KIT PURCHASE
Hello EA support team,
i recently purcased the 'Sllek Bathroom Kit' through the EA app, but it appears that i was charged twice for the same purchase. After completing the first purchase, the kit did not appear in my library. Thinking the transaction might not have gone through, i tried to purchasing it again.
Later, I noticed that i was charged twice for the same kit. Could you please review my account and assist me with a refund for the duplicate payment?
I can provide any additional information you may need, including purchased recipts.
