DOUBLE CHARGE FOR KIT PURCHASE

Hello EA support team,

i recently  purcased the 'Sllek Bathroom Kit' through the EA app, but it appears that i was charged twice for the same purchase. After completing the first purchase, the kit did not appear in my library. Thinking the transaction might not have gone through, i tried to purchasing it again. 

Later, I noticed that i was charged twice for the same kit. Could you please review my account and assist me with a refund for the duplicate payment?

I can provide any additional information you may need, including purchased recipts.

    please contact them again - this isn't something we can check here in the forum and I'm not sure why they would send you here for an issue like this. 

  • I had a similar experience with a pack from the Sims 4. EA closed my case without providing a refund even though I sent proof of the double charge. Poor customer service on their part. 

  • I bought the dream decorators bundle and it still hasn't downloaded. I've tried updating my app, restarting my computer and even playing the game to hopefully force it through but nothing. And i am getting no where with the stupid AI chat box

    UPDATE: Ok i feel really stupid, but when i bought the bundle for some reason i thought the new businesses and Hobbies would be in it and i was sorely mistaken. i ended up buying packs that i already had, and when i contacted support they were super nice and helpful and refunded my money because of an accidental duplicate purchase.

    I am having exactly the s0mae issue with the Sleek Bathroom kit. I too have been charged twice and the kit hasn't even appeared in my game. I having difficulty in finding the right way to contact regarding this issue.

    Elita-One56,

    don't use the AI, but rather, go to EA account and then choose a topic from the list of possible contact options - "I want to check my order status" should give you the opportunity to choose a chat.

    I managed to get through to the right topics and have had this resolved and got a refund issued to me for it x
