The problem now seems to have resolved itself. I would warn you away from giving incorrect technical advice in the future. An OS restore is never going to help with problems like these, you just sound like you don't know what you're talking about!

There was indeed a bug that caused this error message in both Origin and the EA app.
We have resolved the issue and it should no longer be occurring. If it does, then please reboot your PC and try again.

Tried it now, rebooted pc as well.No luck.... Still happens the same say it happened before

Hi , this error is popping up when I try to play start wars squadrons via the EA app (i have EA play included with gamepass) . This is the first time im seeing this message , the app woked fine when i play apex legends and NFS heat.

Hi, did this solve for you guys? I have this same problem for over one week. EA support cant help or just link forum solutions from end users to try. Nothing works. I've tried the most trouble shootings I can find on the internet. I try to play Battlefield 3 & 4.
