double purchasing content on accident

I'm not sure if this is the right forum, but I've never made a post here before, so here goes.

On the 13th, I decided to buy the Royalty and Legacy EP alongside the Tea Time Solarium Kit and Prairie Dreams Kit, not knowing that the Royalty EP version I selected included these AND the Silver Screen Kit. At first, I was confused why a Kit I didn't select (Silver Screen) was downloaded, but quickly realized it was included in the bundle. 

I remember selecting the Royalty bundle and the two kits separately, and I was charged over $50 total (EP bundle was 39.99 and the kits 4.99 each). I'm pretty sure this means I was charged for the Tea Time Solarium Kit; separately and as part of the bundle. I'm wondering if there is any way to remedy this, so I didn't pay twice for no reason; is there any way that I can give the duplicate to a friend? The duplicates aren't showing up twice, but I think I was charged twice.

If anyone can tell me something to make me less confused, that would be great. Sorry to be stressing over $5 but yeah I just want to understand if I got charged twice for the same content.

    update: I was able to find my purchase confirmation and the tea time solarium kit WAS purchased twice on my ccount. becuase I was charged twice, is there any way for me to gift the duplicate since I was already charged twice? I can see there is no way for me to be refunded, but I was hoping to at least give out my duplicate to a friend. I don't know how to do that, though. I would usually purchase through Steam and know how to gift through theer but i am not sure how to do so since i bought through EA thi time

    Hey LemonPoppy0​,

    Sorry for the concern with those extra kits! They definitely aren't doing you much good if you already had the bundle. We aren't able to make any changes here via the forums, but the support team should be able to help out with the duplicate purchases.

    I'd try these refund steps first just to make sure you're not able to get that started directly through your order history. If you run into any trouble with that process - including if you're unable to even submit the request - you can instead just use the Contact us option at the bottom of the page. That'll open a case with support so they can take a look at those extra purchases with you and see what options are available.
