Ah, yes this problem occurs to me as well for the Sims 4.

Have a problem to install the game... Tried to download a few times and nothing happens... Even restart of pc didn't help. The download manager is empty.

@Carbonic Easy fix, go to C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop Locate the file "App Recovery" and run the application. This will allow you to clear the cache for the EA Play Beta App.

I have tried both and have yet to get it fixed. I cant download sims3 and have not been able to play since i moved over to EA app. i went from playing as much as i could with work every day to not at all. i call and chatted EA and they were not helpful saying it was a bug in the apps programing and do not know when it is going to be fixed and to keep an eye out in the forums. Then when i told them they should think about putting a warning of this for others who hve not switched yet the hung up on me.
