I have cleaned my disk 5 times

If you've already deleted enough off your disk and it's showing that you have enough space, could you try clearing the EA app cache?

Just to double check: if you open Windows Explorer and click on This PC on the navbar on the left, how much space does it say you have exactly?

I have to buy an external storage thank you tho
