EA account banned for no reason??

I recently made a new ea account to play the battlefield beta through a steam account as I couldn't link  my original and this morning I received an email for the new account that I was banned? I don't know how this would be possible, I don't even have any games on the account all I've done was add the early accesses code for battlefield. I even downloaded the account data to check logins and everything looks good, no hackers. I've been trying to live chat or get any response from ea but can't figure out how to get through at all. I'd really like to get this figured out before the beta starts otherwise I totally wasted the early access code. Also had to login to an old ea account just to post this cause my current one can't even post on this forum when banned, so lame.
