EA account seems to be disabled
The account I usually use to play The Sims seems to have been disabled, and not by me. I plug in the correct email and password and I get "account not found". It's been the same login info for over ten years! I had to create a whole new account just to write this, since I can't access the one I normally use. I'm not happy! How do I resolve this issue? I don't want to re-buy the games I've already spent hundreds of dollars on, but I don't know what I can do when my EA account apparently "cannot be found".

If the normal login details aren't pulling your account up, it would be best to reach out to our support team directly so they can check on the account and help update any necessary details.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look with you.
