EA account won't let me download games

Summarize your bug My EA account won't let me download any games but when I use another EA account it will. But I want to use my real EA account becasue that's where I spent money to buy the games on and I'm not buying it again.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By going on my account.
What happens when the bug occurs? It won't let me download any games it gives me an error everytime I try to download
What do you expect to see? I expect to see this fixed becasue it's been 4 weeks and I have 11 cases and you all keep emailing me surveys and not actual help.

 Something is wrong with my account, its not letting me download any games its been happening for 4 weeks now and ive contacted EA  and microsoft about this several times. I tried using a different ea account to download the sims 4 it was working but I want to use my main account because thats where all the addons for my sims 4 game is on and im not spending $500 on addons again just because the account isnt working. Also please help me becasue EA hasn't been emailing me back they keep emailed "thank you surverys" like no one has actually contacted or helped me so please dont tell me to contact EA because they truly are NOT helping I feel like they don't want to help because this is my 11th cases about this for 4 weeks going on 5 soon.
