EA app always needing to restart and never working?

My EA app is always needing to restart and or i have to completely delete my app and download it again even the repair doesn't work. I never had this problem with the origin app. I'm getting tired of it after the money i have spent on the sims 3 & 4, I shouldn't have to do this every time i want to play my sims games. I cant even play ,my sims 3 anymore it just goes to a black screen. And sims 4 the EA app dose it with or without mods so I don't know. It sucks i have basically givin up on playing an EA app game.
