EA app and Sims 4 just bought 3 pack yesterday and ....

I'm a player since the beginning and I have been Back since I have been Fighting a bad illness and it was a blessing to have the game.  Yesterday I bought the bundle and the minute it was done loading everything crashed and now I can not reload or repair the EA app and or the game I have tried  everything. I have tried every thing on several videos on YouTube and nothing and I'm so lost I have never ever had an issue with the game or the app and I have had it a very long time please help I don't know what I'm missing to fix this I did uninstall and they did not uninstall correctly either

    That's not great LadyRedx​, can you share a little info with me as to what is going on? Are you seeing an error message when things go wrong? 

    A lot of the time if you are these messages have info that help us pinpoint the cause of the issue.

    The more info you can share with me, the faster we can get you into your games.

    Hey Thanks for the reply I answered back I fixed it was a corrupted file and I used the uninstaller and it did not do it but showed me where the files were to be fixed Thanks again😁
