EA App asks to login to activate despite already being logged

Somehow I cannot play on Red Alert 3 because it claims that I did not activate the game. Which I did. I am logged in the EA app still it asks to sign in which would be ok if it would recognize my credentials. I controlled my credentials they are correct.

To make it clear I get the "activate your game" window but it claims my credentials are incorrect. Though they are correct. I used a redeem code from my physical box with DVD
