EA APP bug: it is impossible to download Need For Speed: Rivals

I have the same problem and I reported it too, they told me it was a bug in EA App and that they would fix it.

Then they didn't answer again and closed the case, that was at the beginning of November 2023, but a month later it still hasn't been fixed.

The truth does not surprise me, every online store that EA does somehow manages to be worse than the previous one, and not even buying it on Steam works, because it still occupies the EA App DRM that does not recognize the game.
