[EA app] can't download or play a game that is shown as installed

Hi all,
I had "It Takes Two" game installed before from steam and I recall carrying this installation to origin with no issue.. I recently wanted to get back to the game on EA app on a new account with EA play with Game pass.
When I picked the install location the same as the installed folder from steam, as to detect the installed game, a weird thing happened the game showed as installed without any further downloads but there is no play button, instead there is a greyed out download button and the game won't start from the exe. It shows the error as in the attached image.
I tried repairing the EA app and clearing cache but nothing seems to work. And I can't seem to find a way to talk to the live support as I used to do.
Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.
