EA App Connection Failed

Ive had this issue pretty much all year, the EA app tells me connection failed and I'm invisible. My Sims 4 game won't connection to the gallery because of this issue and the only time the sims gallery actually works for me is when there's an update for the game, it'll work for a week or so and then the EA App is back to saying connection failed. Ive tried all of the google options like resetting my router, making sure my internet works, clearing the EA app cache/restarting, deleting and installing the EA App and NOTHING brings it back on line.. Any ideas how to fix this or should I just give up on ever using the Sims 4 gallery again?
