EA App crash on Mac

Question

I tried to update my Sims 4 game and the EA app started crashing. The game update itself is stuck at "Updating 8%". If I try to cancel or pause the download the app stops responding completely and I have to force quit it. If I leave it like this the app still crashes on its own and completely closes. I tried clearing caches, reinstalling the app... Nothing helped. I can't even play my game at all now.&nbsp;

I'm sorry to hear you can't update your game. Could you please check how much storage space you have available on the drive where you're installing/updating the game? If there's plenty of storage space available, please try uninstalling the game first and then reinstalling it instead of just updating it.&nbsp;
