"EA app crashed unexpectedly" - Can not open the App anymore, at all

I'm just completely fed up. For weeks I haven’t been able to launch the app and I can’t even find a way to contact support. It’s just unacceptable and a joke that I’m paying for my library and can’t even play those games, just because the app refuses to start. I’ve tried everything—uninstalling, repairing, following all sorts of Reddit guides, trying to launch my games through Steam—nothing works. Out of 20 attempts to start the app, it might work once. Might. The only thing I haven’t tried is reinstalling Windows, and I’m definitely not going to do that just because EA can’t manage to develop a functioning app.

And then there are countless threads here in the forum with the same issue, all tagged as "FIXED", but no actual solution is provided anywhere...

What can I do here? I can’t even contact support because there is no support—it's just unbelievable.

I appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

I'm having the same issue too and I feel like I'm going insane. The strange thing is - the app is fine for me until I open a game. It then "crashes unexpectedly" over and over until the game then crashes. I've tried all the solutions and it hasn't fixed a single thing.

Yes exactly, forgot to mention that the app sometimes (1 out of 20 tries maybe) achieves to launch but then the same error message comes as soon as I start a game and the game crashes. The only time where I manage to launch app and game successfully is after a fresh system start, but also only about 1 in 20 tries. If my PC has been running for a while and I try to open the EA app, no chance. It either crashed immediately or when I start a game
