I opened my EA App on my laptop and saw that I had a 30% loyalty discount to purchase EA FC 27. When I try to pay with Gpay, the app says "payment could not be processed" and when I pay with my saved card the app crashes and restarts immediately. Any idea why & how to fix it?
I have pretty much the same issue. The app restarts (or rather goes offline for a second or two) the moment I try to purchase FC 27. I tried both credit card and Google Pay. I do have FC 27 installed (EA Play Pro), but I would like to purchase it separately now.
I also tried whatever was recommended here: Re: Cannot purchase new games | EA Forums - 13374261 but it didn't help.
Is there any way I could actually buy the game EA? :)
