EA app does not show games and can not be deinstalled properly.

Product: The EA app
Platform:PC
Error Report ID (learn how to create an Error Report ID in the sticky post) 88520da9-03a2-45a5-9f36-ad07c70fe54d
Which client functionality are you experiencing this bug with? Launch Game
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 12.04.2023
Summarize your bug The app says 'Things are taking a little longer than usual to load up. Hang tight while w try to solve the problem.' and it does not show my installed games so I can not launch them. I have had that problem now every couple of days. Usually I can fix it by manually updating the ea app or by reinstalling it. Manually updating did not work this time, since my app is up to date. Reinstalling the EA app every couple of days is no solution to the problem. I have tried all other solutions from the other threads with similar issues. Also I am never able to properly deinstall the EA app since it does now show up as installed in Windows 10 settings and the control panel. I always have to manually run the deinstall exe. I am now at the point where I would call this app malware. Fix it.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? For the launch bug: Install the app under windows 10, wait a couple of days, start the app and try to launch a game. For the deinstall bug: Go to control panel, then uninstall a program and search for the app. It is not there.
What happens when the bug occurs? No game can be launched.
What do you expect to see? I want to have an app that can properly be deinstalled and launch the games that I have paid money for.
