EA App doesn't allow installation in other language

Hi,

I have always played the sims 4 in French with no issues but since saturday, EA App has forced a new installation of the game in English. I live in the UK so unsure if that's the reason why.

I've tried to uninstall and reinstall several times but only english is available in the dropdown menu - see attachment.

Can someone help me ?
