Ea app doesn't start anymore, when i click on it it says that a code called chrome_elf.dll is not found and that i should reinstall the app, but when i try to delete the app it doens't delete itself. Also, when i try to repair the app it says that it needs to restart my computer, but doesn't? Then when i do restart my computer manualy it doesn't do anything. How do i fix all this? (screenshot of error in dutch sorry)
Community ManagerHey @catgamermarcell If you cannot uninstall the app by following the standard Windows process, you can use any other app of your choice that can uninstall it for you and clean your system registry. You can try using CCleaner to clear out those issues and errors.*

This solved th eproblem of unintsalling, but it still says that ea is on my device and that i can repair it or start it, wich however still has the same problems as i had before.
Community ManagerWhen scanning your system registry, are there any errors? Sometimes, you may need to repeat the process a few times to eliminate all issues.
You can also create a new system admin account for Windows and install the EA app on that profile.
I have deleted everything that remotly has to do with ea but it still gives the same error meseage.

Community ManagerIf you already installed the EA app from a new Windows admin account, please make sure that you update your system.
Run the System File Checker tool and scan your system with an antivirus program, just in case.
I cannot download the ea app either on the other admin acount. It just gives the same error.
Community ManagerClose background applications, and if that doesn't work, run your PC in clean boot and then try to install it again.

Community ManagerIn case that error still appears, I would advise you to check the Microsoft website or other websites for instructions on installing chrome_elf.dll in another way if it's missing on your system.
