Hi @leonadragon0569,
It looks like you're mentioning a few issues in one long sentence, which makes it a bit difficult to understand everything clearly. However, I'll try to address your points as best as I can.
- No App Store or Game Hub: The EA app doesn't have an App Store or Game Hub. This is intentional. Currently, only The Sims 3 and The Sims 4 can be purchased on the EA app for Mac, and these games are highlighted in the Home section.
- Problems with Origin: You can't use Origin to access your games because it prompts you to update to the EA app. This is also intentional. Users with supported Mac/macOS systems are being migrated to the EA app for Mac. For more information, you can refer to this announcement post: [ANNOUNCEMENT] The EA app for Mac has arrived!.
- EA Play Subscription for "Alice: Madness Returns":
- EA Play is not available for Mac, only for Windows PC, Steam for Windows PC, Xbox, or PlayStation.
- "Alice: Madness Returns" is not available for Mac in general. You can check the availability details at https://www.ea.com/games/alice/alice-madness-returns.
- EA Play is not available for Mac, only for Windows PC, Steam for Windows PC, Xbox, or PlayStation.
I hope this helps clarify things!
