Creating new local account with admin right helped. EA app installed successfully. But I can launch the game only via that new account. Thank you for good advice!

3 years ago@mofette_bander Glad to hear this worked! we may be dealing with some form of corruption on the original windows account.
You might be able to try backing your files up, and readding the account or reaching out to Microsoft for further guidance.

Literally 0 of the fixes on any thread work for me.
i had to manually remove the blocking message on origin so i can still play my games
Admins only respond to things that they can hit you with generic fixes from a copy and paste notepad they have saved.
ea are absolutely clueless as always, Blaming it on a corrupt system or something when literally the forums are FULL of people with the same issues. Its an EA issue, Not an us issue.
