EA APP ERROR - BATTLEFIELD 3

Hello, a copuple of weeks ago I bought old bf games (4 and 3) and the newer ones (1, V and 2042)
The problem here is that EA APP doesnt recognise BF3 and it doesn't appear ON MY LIBRARY. As I realized minutes after, I made 2 EA error reports on the app and I did not received an answer. A couple of days went by and I contacted with customer support and the help script and talking with the support was completely useless, they were telling me I already have it on the library and i was trying to show them that I didnt have it via screenshot but they ignored that. One of them literally disconnected (by the way I made screenshots because I was frustrated seeing how they didnt give me a clear answer to what I was asking them and how dumb they were).

And that's my library.
