How to Fix EA app Error Code EC:10001

I have an issue in my EA APP, i cant login with my account the app says ,"there's a problem with your account, it might be our side but double check your account detail and try again" Error code : EC...

I just fixed it (EC:10001) after trying everything for hours. All you need to do is complete the login using mobile data (or a different internet connection). Once the login is done, you can switch back to the Ethernet connection.

Ready to play the sims 4 I cleared my cache on the EA app and it would not load, I restarted the app signed in and it said pathway does not exist. So I uninstalled the EA app and and tried to repair the app, restarted my computer as it suggested and not when I sign in I get an error code.....EC:10001

Okay I tried using my mobile device, but I clearly don't know what I am doing because I paired my laptop and mobile phone but did not see anywhere to log on to the EA app.

We can focus on the mobile data method first! It sounds like you've successfully connected to mobile data, but to be sure, here are the general steps to try:

Turn on hotspot in your phone settings

On your device, navigate to your network/Wi-Fi settings and connect to your mobile hotspot

Launch the EA App and log in with your EA account credentials as prompted.
- If you aren't prompted, you may already be logged in. Please check whether your username or avatar is in the top-right corner to confirm.

Launch the game you want to play
