@pispartan117 I've had the same situation on and off since FEB. Every time it happens I just have to hope it works again. EA has ignored me on more than one occasion when seeking help and I'm so tired of absolutely nothing happening. If anyone finds something that could help I'd love to know. I've done everything suggested in this thread and it doesn't make any difference.
