We wanted to drop in and let everyone know that the team is still aware of this happening with players, and continues to be looked into. We understand that this has been a thing for a bit, and we do appreciate your patience while this is being reviewed.
Once we have more updates about the log-ins, we will let you know what's happening.

This has been an issue with the application since I've been using it. Most likely about 2 years at least.
It's incredibly infuriating you force your users to stop using an application that has this feature (Origin) and you force us to use this application.
At this stage, I've no idea why I'm a customer. Probably not anymore with the lack of updates for a issue that has never been resolved.
Why was this application forced to replace Origin when it's clearly not a stable application.
