Community ManagerTo anyone who is curious.. I did the reformat of my machine I was talking about, complete partition delete then create new partition, format again for extra safety and did a fresh Windows 11 install using the official Microsoft USB install maker tool.
Installed all drivers and various reboots
Installed windows updates
Installed my game launchers
Once again, only EA forgets log in details.
The app is broken. I consider this absolute proof as this is as clean an install as can possibly be done.
I have tried logging in both with game pass and my EA account, after a reboot it definitely forgets but I have not rebooted for a few days at this time and it forgets after a few hours.
The EA app is broken. Period.
Ended up here as looking for a solution. Needs fixing, its a right pain.
I have been having this problem ever since EA Play integrated with the Xbox app on windows 11.
Not that anyone cares but I'll be canceling my EA Play Pro Subscription until this is fixed.
